Pricing & rollout

What goes into
your fleet software quote?

A software price alone does not describe a fleet rollout. Bring your vehicle count, tracker models and daily tasks; review an itemised scope so you can compare the complete proposed setup.

Understand the scope

What should your quote cover?

Ask for an itemised proposal that separates recurring charges, one-time costs and optional work. Confirm the following before making a commitment. Use our quote comparison and renewal checklist to compare billing units, periods and unresolved items.

01 · PROPOSAL SCOPE

Software scope

Vehicles, users, locations, required workflows and reporting needs. Confirm what is included and what is optional.

Devices & installation

Existing trackers, ST100 or ST200; vehicle fit, peripherals, installation responsibilities and any one-time costs.

03 · PROPOSAL SCOPE

04 · PROPOSAL SCOPE

Onboarding & support

Configuration, training, service hours, escalation contacts and any additional support scope.

05 · PROPOSAL SCOPE

Integration & migration

Required systems, available interfaces, historical data and any separately scoped technical work.

06 · PROPOSAL SCOPE

Commercial terms

Billing frequency, taxes, minimum commitments, renewals, cancellation and data export arrangements.

Put your own numbers behind the discussion.

Use your recorded idle time and fuel assumptions to estimate a baseline. In the Movement-to-Stop report, review the period, activity and coverage before comparing the proposed setup with your operation.

From evaluation to deployment

Make the rollout a shared plan.

Use these milestones to structure the conversation. Timing, pilot availability and deliverables need agreement with our team for your fleet.

Before you get started

Questions before
you get started.

Ask us about your vehicles, devices and the setup you need.

Talk to our team
Can I get a software-only quote?

For compatible trackers, the software can be quoted separately. Start by sharing your tracker models. Our team will review compatibility and quote the software scope separately from any hardware or installation work.

Are hardware, SIMs and installation included?

Your proposal will need to specify software, hardware, SIMs, installation, taxes and any integration work as separate items. Ask the team which items apply to your fleet.

Can we evaluate a small vehicle group first?

Discuss a representative vehicle sample, the required signals and the criteria for success. Pilot availability, duration and costs must be agreed with our team.

What support will my fleet receive?

SafarTrak provides guaranteed support responses under your agreed SLA. Confirm response times, covered support hours and issue scope in that agreement, along with support channels, training and escalation contacts.
